WHEN CAN I DROP OFF

We accept clothing, shoes, toys, and equipment anytime during the month .

CLOTHING

  • Limit of FOUR 13 gallon trash bags per drop-off
  • We accept preemie through 18/20 Youth and all maternity sizes. 
  • We accept shoes sizes NB through 5 Youth. 
  • We accept any season at any time.
  • Clothing MUST BE freshly laundered and in excellent to new condition. No clothing should be more than 3 years old. 
  • We only offer store credit for clothing.  

SHOES

  • We accept shoes anytime.
  • Shoes must be in clean condition and laces/zippers/velcro in working order. 
  • We only offer store credit for shoes.

TOYS AND EQUIPMENT

  • We accept toys and equipment anytime.
  • All toys and equipment must be clean and in working condition and include all parts and pieces. 
  •  No recalled toys or equipment.
  • We offer cash or credit option for toys and equipment.


IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL DROP-OFF DETAILS

  • PLEASE BRING ALL DROP-OFF'S IN CONTAINERS YOU DO NOT NEED BACK.
  • OFFERS CAN TAKE UP TO 7-10 DAYS TO PROCESS.
  • OFFERS ARE NORMALLY NOT PROCESSED ON THE SAME DAY. 
  • YOU HAVE UP TO 24 HOURS TO RESPOND TO YOUR OFFER. AFTER 24 HRS YOUR OFFER IS AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTED AND OFFER ITEMS ARE PLACED IN INVENTORY AND UNUSED ITEMS ARE DONATED.
  • IF OFFER IS ACCEPTED YOU DO HAVE THE OPTION TO PICK UP UNUSED ITEMS. PLEASE BE AWARE THESE ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR OFFER OR THEY ARE AUTOMATICALLY DONATED.  THE SAME POLICY APPLIES TO DECLINED OFFERS. 
  • ALL CREDIT IS PLACED ON A KIDS KLOSET GIFT CARD. YOU HAVE ONE YEAR TO COLLECT CREDIT. IF YOU DO NOT COLLECT CREDIT WITHIN ONE YEAR -  CREDIT IS FORFEITED. ONCE CREDIT IS ISSUED ON CARD THE CARDHOLDER TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF CARD IF IT BECOMES LOST OR STOLEN - CREDIT CANNOT BE REPLACED. 
  • ALL CASH OFFERS ARE GOOD FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE OFFER IS RECEIVED.. IF CUSTOMERS DO NOT PICK UP CASH OFFER BEFORE 30 DAYS THE CASH OFFER AUTOMATICALLY DEFAULTS TO THE CREDIT POLICY (SEE ABOVE).
